Ode to the ELEMENTS 

Walking by the sea 

Feeling the EARTH 

I surrender my body to the sand 

I breathe, 

I open myself to receive the sea 

My eyes close 

I’m seeing the bright and powerful SUN 

And I inhale deeply 

Touching my legs in a gentle way 

The breeze finds me overwhelmed 

With the sense of gratitude and grace 

Learning with and being WATER 

Now I Know how to make my dreams come true 

I purely enjoy 

I enjoy the majesty of LIFE.
